Resolutions n. 57, 58, 60 e 61 introduce new provisions to the Non-produced Auto Parts Regime, an industrial policy focused on the automotive sector that allows the import of auto parts without domestic equivalent of being exempted from the Import Tax. Resolutions 57 and 58 updates the list of auto parts covered by the regime, and Resolutions 60 and 61 change the rules applicable to the accession process, establishing that it must be made by filling out and sending an electronic form accessible through the Siscomex Portal.
