Following the institution of the National Investment Plan (NIP/PNI), the National Committee of Investment (CONINV, in the Portuguese acronym) submitted to public consultation, for a period of 60 days, a regulatory priority proposal concerning the editing, revoking, revision and compiling of normative acts that affect the investment environment. The proposal prioritizes 12 strategic themes, across different priority sectors, to be monitored by the Regulatory Improvement Agenda of the Brazilian Executive Secretariat of the Foreign Trade Chamber (SE-CAMEX).



CONINV launched Public Consultation n. 2/2020 to survey the public opinion on proposed strategic themes to be prioritized by SE-CAMEX about the investment environment in the Regulatory Improvement Agenda. Those themes are:

  • Customs
  • Aerospace
  • Defense
  • Energy
  • Capital Market, Insurance and Financing
  • Mining
  • Oil & Gas
  • Social Security
  • Health and Health Surveillance
  • Technology and Communications
  • Land Transportation
  • Taxation
