Relaxed rules for cargo transportation

The National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) has relaxed some rules for cargo transportation. Among the changes are the extension of the validity period for certificates of the National Registry of Road Carriers (RNTRC) and the suspension of the requirement for the Vehicular Technical Inspection Certificate (CITV) for contractor truck drivers or by companies in the logistics business until July 31, 2020.
