The Federal Government launched a public consultation with the objective of collecting subsidies for improvements in the text of the Practical Guide to Cost-Benefit Analysis of Infrastructure Investment Projects (ACB Guide)
The ACB Guide will serve as a reference for the adoption of the methodology and for the training of civil servants, as well as a practical manual to standardize the methodological guidelines applied to the socioeconomic evaluation of infrastructure investment projects.
The material establishes guidelines such as analysis period, project identification and discount rate. In addition, it provides practical guidance on fundamental analysis, informational requirements of the ACB, estimation of costs, benefits and conversion to social prices.
Citizens can send additional contributions, perceptions and suggestions by completing the questionnaire available at the Ministry of Economy Portal, until September 10. The completed forms must be sent to the e-mail sdi@economia.gov.br until September 10.
