The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA) established a working group for the development of the Strategic Agenda for Sustainable Agriculture, aimed at proposing policies for sustainable development and innovation related to agriculture, forests and fisheries.
Ordinance n. 26/2021 from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA) established a ministerial working group for developing the Strategic Agenda for Sustainable Agriculture, aimed at proposing regulatory measures and initiatives for sustainable agriculture, forests and fisheries.
The agenda’s objectives are listed in article 2, which include the definition of scenarios (for the years 2030 and 2050) on sustainability and sector innovation. The working group is comprised of 13 departments at MAPA, whose representatives will meet regularly for the next 60 days (can be postponed by equal period) and will present its results to the Agriculture Minister.
