The Secretariat of Competition and Competitiveness Advocacy (SEAE) at the Ministry of Economy launched an open digital form for public submissions of regulatory proposals, concerning revision, revoking or creation of normative acts. The proposals must be directed to a public administration regulatory body, from the federal, state, or municipal levels of government, and may be submitted anonymously.

The open form for submitting regulatory proposals, not being linked to any specific public consultation, represents an OECD recommended good regulatory practice, while the SEAE is responsible for overseeing and countering regulatory burdens within the public administration.
