The National Agency for Waterway Transportation (ANTAQ) enacted its Regulatory Agenda for the 2022-2024 period, comprising its prioritized regulatory initiatives for the next three years.

The National Agency for Waterway Transportation (ANTAQ), through Ruling n.º 105/2022, enacted its Regulatory Agenda for the 2022-2024 period. The agenda provides ANTAQ’s regulatory priorities for the next three years, including the topics from the 2020-2021 agenda that were not concluded (see more here), whose inclusion in the new agenda was determined by the ruling.

The following strategic themes are listed in the new regulatory agenda:

Maritime navigation: three initiatives;
Port facilities: three initiatives;
Interior navigation: two initiatives; and
General topics: one initiative.
