The National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) issued its Regulatory Agenda for the 2021-2022 period, covering 26 initiatives under five strategic themes. It aims at improving legal certainty and transparency on ANTT’s regulatory role over land transportation.



The National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) issued its Regulatory Agenda for the 2021-2022 period, covering 26 initiatives under five strategic themes. It aims at improving legal certainty and transparency on ANTT’s regulatory role over land transportation.

Deliberation n. 529/2020 from the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) enacted ANTT’s Regulatory Agenda for the 2021-2022 period. It is comprised of 26 initiatives across five strategic themes to be prioritized by ANTT on its regulatory role for land transportation.

The following strategic themes are to be prioritized:

  • General topics – six initiatives;
  • Federal Highway Infrastructure operation – three initiatives;
  • Passenger Transport Services – six initiatives;
  • Railway Freight Transport – eight initiatives;
  • Highway Freight Transport – three initiatives.

The listed initiatives will be subject to prioritized regulatory assessment that can lead to revision or creation of normative acts. Additionally, the success rate of the Regulatory Agenda will be assessed after one year.
