The National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) relaunched a public consultation seeking to regulate the administrative process on the termination of contracts, applicable to defaulting highway infrastructure concessionaries.



Public Audience n. 14/2019 was relaunched by the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) in order to survey the public opinion on a draft resolution to regulate the administrative process regarding the termination of highway infrastructure operation concession contracts caused by default.

The draft resolution seeks to consolidate rules and guidelines regarding the administrative procedures on the termination of concession contracts, specifically resulting from a defaulting concessionary.

The virtual public hearing will be held on January 21. Its access link will be disclosed at ANTT’s website on the previous day.

Contributions can be submitted until February 02. The draft resolution, a technical note, the Regulatory Impact Analysis (AIR, in the Portuguese acronym) and participation instructions are available at the consultation’s website, available here (in Portuguese).
