The Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM), through Resolution n. 2/2020, revoked 186 norms considered obsolete or without effect, seeking to comply with Decree 10.139/2019.
Resolution n. 2/2020 aims at complying with the Decree 10.139/2019, which ruled the revision and consolidation of normative acts. The resolution listed 59 instructions, 77 deliberations and 50 explicatory notes revoked on September 1st. The resolution also modified a detail in Instruction n. 607/2019 and canceled 24 directive opinions.
